Lunchtime Lowdown: Skype HD headed for TVs, Xbox Live coming to Windows Mobile and more Apple Tablet launch rumours

First up, Skype has just got exciting again with support for 720p HD video and a brace of webcam-touting, HD Skype loving TVs from Panasonic and LG.
